Construction
Construction of your brand new custom "Built to Order" trailer made in the USA trailer can take between 2 -6 weeks or more from receipt of your deposit for delivery or pick up. Manufacturing times depend on factory current volume and may vary greatly.
Deposits and Payments
Please Note: Trailer Deposit payments can be made by check and mailed to our office or online via PayPal using your credit card. To calculate your deposit you may use our shopping cart. Simply select the "Add to Cart" link next to the trailer style you want and then select the options you would like to add to your purchase then click view cart to see your totals.
*ATTENTION: PLEASE NOTE* The "Total" amount in the cart is your 15% non-refundable deposit due. In order to secure your custom built trailer this amount must be collected before the factory begins building your trailer. The "Discount" shows a negative amount in order to calculate the deposit amount. (ex. -1296.25). This amount is actually the remaining balance that will be due and payable before delivery or pickup can be arranged.
Also note that final payments may be made by Visa, Discover or MC with a 3.5% premium added to your purchase to cover transaction fees charged by the credit card companies.
Shipping / Factory Pick up
You may pick up your completed trailer directly at our manufacturing plant. Please call after you have made your deposit so we can choose the manufacturing facility that is closest to your location. DirectBuyTrailers.Com will arrange for delivery of your trailer to you anywhere in the continental United States. The current freight rate is $1.70 per mile, one way from the factory to your delivery location.
Refund Policy
Once your custom "Built to Order" trailer order has been submitted to our factory deposits are not refundable.
